Maddie is a Christian with a passion for social justice and inclusion. She is a chartered accountant working in a large US corporate and an active member of her local church community. She has experience of working with young and differently-abled people in a volunteer setting and of serving the local community through being a Street Pastor and working as a hospital chaplaincy volunteer. She also manages a small investment property portfolio, which is the driver for her passion for affordable housing.

Helen's background is in energy finance, since 2003 she has completed over €3.5 billion of deals, including ground-breaking and award-winning transactions. She work in both renewable energy and conventional power. Helen is also passionate about providing support and opportunity to people and is currently working on a number of social enterprise projects.
